White 85% Al2O3 High temp resistant High-Al hanging refractory fire rick for furnace top

High Alumina hanging refractory fire brick manufacturered by our factory takes high grade bauxite, fused alumina, sintered mullite as raw material and combines additives. It is mainly used for furnace top to support the stress between the roof structure. Because of the furnace reactive gas and heat leakage, will damage the metal hanging pieces, resulting in roof collapse accident.

At the same time, there's strick requirement of hanging brick quality, the brick produced by us with feature of:

1, High strength to support high stress

2, Good slag eronsion resistance to rsist gas and slag

3, High temp performance and high refractoriness under load

4, Volume stability and good thermal shock resistance

High Alumina hanging refractory fire brick has the following masonry points:

1. The hanging part of the brick should not be damaged (give full play to the role of hanging metal parts);

2, Bricks from both sides should be coated with mud carefully, to prevent leakage of gas from the top of the furnace;

3. The general use of air hardening mud (to prevent the mud from the furnace caused by gas leakage);

4. Between the furnace body and anchor brick should be set aside between the expansion joints.
