Fireclay Checker fire proof brick​ is widely recognized and accepted by the world's iron industry, a heat exchange capacity, heat storage area, smooth ventilation, resistance and many other excellent thermal characteristics of the heat storage body. Lattice brick is a heat transfer medium, mainly used in the hot stove in the upper part of the regenerator, from the heat storage effect. The hot blast stove is a periodic working device, which has two working periods: the burning period and the air supply period, and the two working periods are periodically rotated. During the burning period, the gaseous fuel is burned in the burner of the hot air stove to produce high temperature flue gas. The high temperature flue gas passes through the pores of the hot stove checker brick, passing the heat to the checker bricks, while the flue gas is heating the lchecker bricks while itself.The temperature drops, the flue gas is cooled by the checker brick, through the flue pipe from the chimney into the atmosphere. In the air supply period, from the blower out of the cold wind into the hot air stove, checker brick heated into hot air, the hot air duct sent to the blast furnace.
