Magnesia mud tap hole clay stemming good plasticity gas permeability

The main raw materials of our company are electro-fused high purity magnesia sand, electro-fused spinel and magnesium plasticizer.

1. Its good thermoplastic and proper coking time ensure that the slush has good peristalsis in the high temperature slag iron mouth, easy to form mud pack, when the time of the opening of the sludge coking finished, non-tidal mud nozzle phenomenon.

2. MgO, FeO and SiO₂ in nickel iron slag form high melting point minerals, which have strong anti-scour and erosion ability and can be closely combined with magnesia brick or carbon brick in iron mouth area of slag.

3. The high refractoriness and low porosity of the raw materials can reduce the binding dose, which is conducive to the formation of compact structure and stronger penetration resistance of slag iron.

4. At the same time, the coking speed of the binder can be controlled, and the coking time, softness and bonding strength of the cement can be determined according to the iron mouth temperature of the slag of the mine, the size of the mud gun and the power of the opening machine.

5. Magnesium gun mud is an deal refractory for medium and large scale mine thermal furnace.
