The hot metal pre-treatment desulfurization lance is a component of the hot metal desulfurization conveying desulfurization agent injection by the injection method.

The hot metal pre-treatment desulfurization lance is composed of an inner metal structure (a seamless steel pipe is placed in the middle, which is a channel for injecting the desulfurizing agent) and an outer layer of mullite corundum castable. It is produced by vibration casting method of a combination of a professional production line.
