High alumina castable ladle self-flowing castable good construction performance

Corundum self-flowing castables are mainly used for the bottom of ladle, with fused white corundum as the main material, suitable micro-powder and dosage, the amount of cement is controlled at 3-4%, a small amount of anti-explosive agent and dispersant are added.

The corundum ladle self-flowing castable can meet the requirements of ladle masonry and use.

1.Corrosion resistance, peeling resistance and good construction performance.

2.Good thermal shock stability and strength, and has micro-expansion to reduce the gap and avoid the penetration of molten steel.
