Unshaped Refractory Spray coating / Gunning castable refractory for Industrial furnaces

Refractory spray coating consists of a certain particle size of the refractory raw materials, binders and admixtures. In the furnace it should be sprayed with the construction of unshaped refractories. By using guns during construction, refractories in the pipeline with compressed air or mechanical pressure to get a sufficient speed, sprayed onto the spray surface to form a solid spray coating.
The application of refractory spray coating, mainly used in blast furnace, hot stove and outlet trench, converter and electric furnace, ladle and secondary refining furnace, heating furnace and soaking furnace, tube heating furnace, boiler, flue and chimney etc.

Note: General cargo is bulk mixture, all products must do waterproof measures during the transportation and storage, it is prohibited to use if the goods appear agglomeration.
